Rule No. 1: Start off slow.
If you’re new to CBD, start with a lower dose, especially when ingesting it (like you would with our delish CBD gummies!) Pay attention to how you feel, and if you’d like, next time bump up your dose a bit. Rinse, repeat, rejoice!
