CBD is short for cannabidiol, a naturally-occurring compound that comes from the hemp plant. Unlike its hemp cousin THC, CBD isn’t mind altering or psychoactive. It’s perfectly safe to drive, bike, or do the running man after using CBD.
There’s a lot of buzz around Cannabidiol (CBD).
And for good reason. Is it a cure-all? No way. But it is a powerful, natural, botanical packaged up into tasty little treats!
CBD interacts directly with your immune system and may help in the reduction of localized and general inflammation. Feeling better already?
CBD may help quell anxiety and promote clarity of thought, positivity and enthusiasm. Self-care game on point!
Working with your endocannabinoid receptors, CBD may help alleviate aches and pains that hinder everyday activity. So you can sit, stand and belly laugh freely.
Reacting with your serotonin receptors, CBD may help slow the mind and body, aiding sleep and promoting healthy sleep patterns. So you’re ready for whatever tomorrow has in store.

To keep our bodies movin’ and groovin’ all day long, we must listen to them.
Rule No. 1: Start off slow.
If you’re new to CBD, start with a lower dose, especially when ingesting it (like you would with our delish CBD gummies!) Pay attention to how you feel, and if you’d like, next time bump up your dose a bit. Rinse, repeat, rejoice!
Rule No. 2: Keep a routine.
Taking CBD at bedtime will feel different than taking it while watching the sunrise. So if you can, try and use your Happy Place™ CBD products at the same time each day, every day. This will help you identify what you need to tweak in your routine to really hit your groove.
Rule No. 3: Listen to your body.
CBD can have powerful effects. That’s why it’s super-duper important to listen to your body when using CBD. You know it better than anyone else. When you find the perfect dose, you’ll feel it. (We like to call this your happy place!).
Of course you do! That’s why we’ve done our best to put as much additional information into our FAQs section. You’ll find more information there.
