WHERE DO YOU SHIP HAPPY PLACE™ TO?
We can ship Happy Place™ CBD products to every state of the United States other than Iowa and Idaho. Bummer! If you live in either of those awesome states, and would like to get your hands on some Happy Place™, then go on and give the big wigs a buzz. We're sure they'd love to hear from you. Then, after you've expressed your outrage, subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we can ship directly to you.
STANDARD CONSUMER ORDERS
With standard consumer orders, we offer one shipping option: a flat fee of $5. (We used to also offer a Pony Express option, but the pony retired.) Spend $45 or more and shipping is free! (This does not apply to retailer wholesale orders) You’ll get a tracking number sent to your email the moment your order ships. It doesn’t get simpler than that.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY HAPPY PLACE™ CBD PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?
You can expect a big smile at your door (your package) within 3 business days of ordering. We ship directly from our warehouse in Minnesota. If your order is placed by noon CST during any business day, it will be shipped the same day! We make sure it goes out the next business day if you place after 1pm CST. We want you to get your products as soon as possible Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 5 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY HAPPY PLACE™ CBD PRODUCTS?
Everything purchased through our site comes with a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t happy with your Happy Place™ CBD products, we want to know! Please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a return authorization number. With that number, you can return any unused portion of your product. Unopened product may be returned up to 30-days from date of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Like many vitamins, supplements and additives, Happy Place™ CBD products have not been evaluated by the FDA, so we cannot make claims as to any benefits you may experience from our products. Your choice to purchase is based upon your own opinions regarding the benefits our products may provide. We will always do our best to provide you with the resources you need to make the best decision for you.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Ouch! If you see any damage, or suspect the package has been tampered with, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org. All our products are tested and inspected before they leave our fulfillment center, but things can always happen in-transit. Please inspect your order the moment it arrives to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. We must to hear from you within 48 hours of delivery to be able to resolve any issues you may have.
